Overview

PHIMA is pleased to announce that our 74th Annual Meeting is being held May 14-16, 2012 at the Penn Stater in State College, PA. This year’s theme is “You Can’t Stop the HIM Beat” and we are encouraging you to decorate your booth with a “Hairspray” or 1960’s theme.

We acknowledge the importance of the exhibit hall location and amount of time exhibitors have to meet and greet the 300+ attendees. This year, we have arranged the agenda so the vendors have a minimum of 14 hours of exhibit time as well as a game at each booth to encourage all attendees to visit. The exhibit hall is only steps away from the educational sessions and there will be a number of events in the vendor area.

As a vendor, you do not want to miss out on the 2012 PHIMA Annual Meeting opportunity. Make sure to reserve your booth by February 22, 2012 to get the early bird registration plus a premier booth location.
